Pick and Pay Clothing cash back service

Pick and Pay Clothing in the Gateway mall has lots of challenges fulfilling your cash back service.

Either never cash on hand or system offline.

Sometimes while I'm in the que, they will post a sign saying no cash back available.

It's a great service if it works, other wise please advise if this is not a service that is part of your business.

Highly disappointed in being treated with such an approach.
