PICK AND PAY CLOTHING ARE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN SOUTH AFRICA

Zero stars, Pick and pay clothing has the MOST DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SOUTH AFRICA BY FAR, their staff are rude and unhelpful, when asked to see the manager they refuse the staff laughed at me and said no there’s no manager, besides the fact that they have the MOST SHOCKING STAFF, they find it fine to go completely against the consumer rights act, if you buy and item over R200 or receive a gift, you are not allowed to put over R200 on a gift card, you have to rather exchange it for the equal amount etc, this is such a money making scheme, why will they not allow you to put the exact money onto a gift card and the respond that money back within pick and pay, its total and complete corporate bullying of whatever they feel flys, to every person reading this rather take your hard earned money and spend it at WOOLWORTHS OR MR PRICE whic has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, are not trying to DAYLIGHT ROB THEIR CUSTOMERS, always allow exchanges onto gift cards ALWAYS!!!! Mr price and Woolworths understand the consumer act they make your entire shopping experience wonderful, I recently had one small issue with mr price the head office contacted me and it was rectified within a day, PICK AND PAY YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING, I highly recommend rather spend your money elsewhere or it will be gone and yourl never get it back. There customer service and staff are possibly the rudest iv ever experienced in my life this shows testimonies in the many comedians now mocking their staff in social media videos
