Pick and pay closes complaint without any contact

1st I tried complaining online, website wasn't working, I then called. And logged complain against a manager, they have a special advertised cold meet 3 for R90 specified 3 flavors, since the special started I was there every 2nd day. They never had these on the shelf, I spoke to manager to ask for the ham at same special as they dont have what they advertise on the shelf, very rude no sorry sold out. I informed his that he is lying because I was looking for this since it started, he just walked away, the customer behind me said that guy is very rude. I called the customer care an logged a complaint. 1 day later I received a message saying complaint has been completed, nothing was done, no one called nothing. This Pick and pay is very pathetic
