Pick and pay Clearwater

On the 30 thof April 2023 went to pick and pay Clearwater looking for something they advertised which was on sale when I got there I didn't find it,mind you I first we to the pick and pay in flora centre Florida first and it was not therein was Clearwater it still not there....

The customer service I received from the Manager called Cedric Monyatso was so terrible,I asked them to chexk for me which pick and pay they the items,I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for him to pack the wines he was so concern about and I waited now it's going to 45 minutes waiting without no communication none......

I waited he kepts going in and out of the shop like I was not there no apologies no nothing,such a terrible customer service.....can this matter been taken up because I'm not happy at all
