Pick and Pay Centre Point Appalling
Pick and Pay has the most appalling lack of professionalism and competence. Their online call centre is inefficient, disorganised and they take forever to reply but the absolute worst is their Centre Point branch in Milnerton. Since December last year they have sold me contaminated products on two occasions and even though I've emailed the manager there three times she has never even bothered to reply much less try and resolve the problem.
