Pick and pay cashier at kagiso chamdor ...bunch of fools

Today I gave my brother my easy pay card to withdraw money at pick and pay located in kagiso chamdor Krugersdop they ask my brother if is a sassa card and he told the cashier that he doesn't know then the cashier decides that it's a sassa card my brother should join the sassa long que of which my card it not even a sassa card I save in that card its a green card way different from a sassa card management should teach the cashiers between a sassa card and easy pay to unprofessional buch of stupid and its not the first time they are arrogant they customer service is poor my brother had to return home without money and he waited long on the que why didn't the cashier just help because he had already waited in a que even sassa money can be withdrawn from any till....that's why I say the are bunch of fulls
