pick and pay cares less

I was appalled by the extremely poor service I received at Pick and pay Northcliff Square this afternoon.

Firstly why do I need to give my ID number, address and full names when clearly your teller made a mistake and did not take my smart shopper card could care less as for the manager who attended to the complaint cared even less.

Under the POPI act I am sure this info is not necessary whatsoever unless of course pick and pay want to hassle me on my phone or worse come to my home to intimidate me.

Anyway I went off you your opposition who not only took my hard earned cash off me they also gave me a pensioners discount which appears I get it every time not just on Wednesday.

If you happen to go and look at my purchases on my shop smarter card for some time now you will see I am no longer doing my monthly shopping in your stores but rather with your opposition that must be rather troublesome for you should it not.
