Pick and Pay

I bought 2 chelsea buns at the Bluff hillside mall today while doing shopping and they were put into a packet when i asked for 2, apon arriving home all the icing was stuck to the packet and gone to waste, clearly they should have been put in a box, i do my monthlt shopping at pick and pay but this will be my last as i am very unpleased with the way the buns were packed.
