Pick and pay but don’t receive

We ordered food online from Pick ‘n pay yesterday. Firstly only half of the items arrived. Then the driver told us that he did not have room for our full order so he only brought two of our bags( basically only the junk food) . Some mythical person was ment to bring the rest. There was no invoice with him or anything and we waited as close to the gate as we could (considering the cold) for the rest of the order. We have been charged the full amount. As we are in quarantine we can not go out and buy anything ourselves and I feel that Pick n pay really let us down. Shame on you Pick n pay shame on you. I would like to know how we take this further
