Pick and Pay (Bluewater Bay PE) - robbing customers "business plan"
To the BLUEWATER BAy, PORT ELIZABETH store (and national)
So, why... EVERY SINGLE TIME i shop at P&P BWB there are discrepancies in the price on the shelf and the scanned item at the till?
Yesterday.. CRICKLEY 2L MAAS - R36.99 on shelf, scans R38.99 Today... Cucumber - R18.99 on the shelf, scans R19.99
I took pics of both.... shelf and slip....
So, R1 here, R2 there... a million customers a day....
So, besides the FILTH of the P&P BWB that makes me drive to CHECKERS BAYWEST to do my general shopping (25km away).... i really only go to the P&P BWB for 1 or 2 items and... when i do go... the price is AWAYLS wroing on an item in my cart...
This NEVER happens at CHECKERS...
Seems this is your business model hey? *****ing customers....
So, i expect your BWB manager to come to my house now and return my R9 (Double the difference) as I'm not spending petrol money going to your store again...
You branch manager had a nice telecall with me.. and I feel sincerely feels bad about this reoccurring issue.
He did send his p&p ASAP guy with the couple of rands as well as a R100 gift card, that I donated to the local lady in a disadvantaged community that feeds underprivileged kids.

And again, R1 here, R2 there means nothing to me, but when people in SA live on R370pm SASSA, I think that R1 here, R2 there means a lot to them....
I read on how P&P is struggling, and not to be rude... but the P&P "experience" well... its not what it was....
Our local P&P (and small SPAR) complexes... the litter... the drinking in the parking lot while security stands idle... I understand that the security in the parking lot probably works for the building owner, but... its to a point where I just drive to the checkers 25km away....
