Im now sick , gatvol, and plan very angry

I lost my smartcard, got a new one which swiped with over i dont know how many times. Weni want to repalce it via whatsapp they say i must do it in store. when i get to the store they say they cannot do it, i must do it via Whatsapp!!!!! I am beyond gatvol!!!
