Pick and pay behind the bush

Friday 27 August i visited your steeldale Pick and Pay Hypermarket that was supposed to be a blessing buying a ne washing machine turned out to be a frustrating experience

Why because Pick and Pay advertising are misleading and behind the bush with uniformed staff

Your advertising clearly states.... Buy a washing machine get a 17 OMO capsules with + R20 discount off omo liquid for 6months loaded on to the smart shopper card.

Your staff had no clue what i was talking about secondly when i showed them the adverti*****t that i get these capsules when i buy the machine not loaded on to my card the liquid discount i gets loaded.

Turned into a back and forth argument between this so called sales person and what called manager to a point i demanded my money back ill shop from another store. A nearby sales lady Charlene heard this and stepped in the customer is right Clearly some one knows what is going on in this so called establishment took my smart shopper card phoned head office o now it needs be escalated REF Nr *** not only did her call confirm that i was right. Your not so ****y sales man and manager now Wright's on my sales slip "omo 17 Capsule to be collected" just wasted my time!!!

Then when the matter is resolved i then need to come back and collect the capsules costing costing me more tim and money
