Pick and pay bad service

Yesterday I went to Jabulani pick and pay to return my iron I was assisting by Nkele Sehume at Jabulani mall pick and pay

I had a prove of payment and the iron was in the box Nkele took the iron and test it and come back and said to me the iron was open while I am the one who always use it ...she was very disrespectful and undermining me

I feel so disrespectful and undermining Nkele also ask one of the staff to come and weakness that my iron was open

And she said u can leave the iron and write your name and your cellphone number at the back of your slip,then maybe their will refund u or not

I had same situation at shoprite and they never ask me those question and they didn't keep me waiting of my kettle They service is best than pick and pay

Just imagine I don't have an iron still waiting for them to fix my iron

Why they didn't give me other iron Because this iron has guaranteed I fail to understand it

And I tried calling their headoffice and they said they will call me but they didn't It means that Nkele is fine what she is doing

I am very very disappointed 😥

I would love pick and pay give me my money back and I ll go and buy my iron to other store, that they will give me respect and appreciate My name is jeannette Mkhabela Cellphone is ***
