Pick and Pay bad service.

Have no idea why one cannot change a gift for a bigger size. Pick and Pay Princess crossing would not accimodate the request. The manager who would only guve his first name as Tammy would not allow me to change the gift for a bigger size unless i could produce a slip. I tried to explain it was a gift i would not have the slio but he refuse to listen. All the price tags werestill on the clothing. No where in the store us the exchange policy displayed.
