Pick and Pay at Boardwalk Mall in Richards Bay, service levels are Disspointing

Pick and Pay at Boardwalk Mall in Richards Bay, your cashiers are EXTREMELY unprofessional. Waiting at the till for our service to begin, but the cashier was so engrossed with her chat with her packer, both ignored us. I had to literally clap my hands to gain their attention. They commenced my transaction but back to the chatting and forgot to ask about a packet, charged us for it when we had brought our own bags and was extremely defensive when we enquired why did she charge for it. The issue is her rudenness and complete disregard for the customer whilst ensuring her gossip session took precedence. This is not what Pick n Pay should be aiming for in terms of brand and service
