PIck and Pay ASAP - Worst experiance of my life

Pick and Pay ASAP..... the worst service i have ever encountered, i had a dinner planned and needed a few last minite things, my boss and company directors were attending, at 3pm i place an order with Pick and Pay ASAP so at least by 16: 30 i thought it would have arrived, at 16:30 i start calling ASAP customer line NO ANSWER at all tried over 15 times, they just dont care.. at 17:15 i call the pick and pay where my deliveries come from, they say that Pick and Pay ASAP only sent them the order at 17:10 from 3pm when i placed it, the lady at the store said they were not even busy she sees no reason why ASAP only sent the order at 17:10, my dinner was ruined bosses and directors were not impressed, only the next day Abdul from Whats app sends me a mail sorry for the inconveniemce here is a coupon for.next delivery free... A COUPON can you believe the arrogance of this company... unbelievable
