PICK AND PAY ASAP WORST DELIVERY APP

I am extremely disappointed with pick n pay ASAP! I ordered at 5 yesterday on asap for my 10 month old baby to get his milk. The order kept on saying 5 to 5.30 the 5.30 to 6 then 6.30 to 7 yet the store closed at 6pm! I called to query they said the driver has been assigned which means he would have came to fetch the order today is Sunday we still waiting for my babies milk they deserve zero stars I am sick and tired of the bad customer service at every single pick n pay store that's the reason why this business is failing they don't know a single thing about customer service. Asap boasts a 60min delivery yet it's been 13 hours almost and my baby has no milk left
