Pick and Pay ASAP USELESS

Ordered on ASAP app at around 10am. Paid for delivery. Expected time to deliver was 1am..latent. kept checking app and they kept changing the time. Eventually got a call around 5.30pm saying delivery will be tomorrow as the store is closed. How pathetic an excuse and how more irresponsible and inefficient can you be. As a major corporate..this is pathetic.. would never happen with sixty60.. please escalate the TEAM LEADERS AND MANAGEMENT...NOT THE FIRST TIME AS WELL
