Pick and Pay asap! strives to deliver in 60 minutes ha ha ha ha I waited 9 hours

I placed my order online Pick and Pay asap! at 9:11, read their FAQ as I haven't used their delivery. I am going to quote "Pick n Pay asap! strives to get your order delivered fast and fresh in as little as 60 minutes from when you place your order." I phoned the customer care line to find out why my order has not been delivered by 14H42 I was on the phone for 10 minutes and no one answered. I tried phoning again at 15H02 and had to wait another 9 minutes and no answer.

I you say "Pick n Pay asap! strives to get your order delivered fast and fresh in as little as 60 minutes from when you place your order." then you expect your order within the 60 minutes as mentioned in their FAQ. I received a notification 15H15 "Preparing your order..." with the same delivery time for 18H00 - 19H00. Well if I calculate that is 9 hours and not 60 minutes.

I would like the Manager of Pick and pay asap! to explain to me why there is such a delay in delivery time. "Please note: delivery times are subject to store operating hours and other variables such as time of day and traffic conditions." - saying this as well it was Sunday morning when I placed the order, so no traffic and time of day I would think quiet as most of the people was in church.
