Pick and Pay asap should be closed down

Hello, I strongly suggest PnP terminates the asap operation as it has deteriorated rapidly and are in no position if fulfilling orders for which they have invoiced and collected money. I do not know how verse everyone is in the legality of such operations but invoicing an item you do not have despite it being listed on your asap app is *****. Once a retailer/seller has invoiced an item that item is no longer the property of the store but of the buyer who was invoiced snd paid for it. On selling such an item which would be the only valid reason the item invoiced and paid for disappears- it is THEFT because you have I sold an item which was not yours‼️ After the “introduction” to commerce let me demonstrate what has happened to me in the past week: 1.) On the 17th of April under order number ***3 I have paid you R2259.69 You have refunded R586.44 A QUARTER OF THE ORDER DUE TO LACK OF STOCK‼️ This again is either ***** or THEFT‼️ TO BE CONTINUED AS TOO LONG FOR YOUR ALLOCATED SPACE‼️

On the 20th of April under order number ***5 I have paid you a further R1065.86 You AGAIN couldn’t deliver and refunded R397.97 AGAIN DUE TO LACK OF STOCK‼️ Same story as above EITHER THEFT OR *****‼️

On the 21st of April under order number ***9 I have paid you a further R553.93 BUT!!!! Today you couldn’t deliver the whole invoiced order and you refunded R59.97 and THE MOST SHOCKING THING IS THAT OUT OF 5 ITEMS THEY HAD FOR DELIVERY THEY FORGOT ONE‼️‼️ MY DOG FOOD ‼️‼️‼️ THERE ARE 81 EMAILS DINCE THE 17th MAJORITY REMAIN UNANSWERED‼️‼️‼️FACT IS THAT THE DAY IS GONE AND THEY DIDNT DELIVER MY FOOD ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ CALLING HEAD OFFICE I WAS SIMPLY REFUSED BY AN EMPLOYEE NAMED SONJA THE CEO’s IR HIS PA’s EMAIL ADDRESS‼️‼️‼️ IF THE CEO WAS NOT HIDING AWAY IN HIS IVORY TOWER PERHAPS MATTERS WONT BE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND ERRATIC‼️‼️‼️ SONJA PROMISED I WILL BE CALLED WHICH I WAS NOT‼️‼️‼️ STAY AWAY AND BOYCOTT PNP UNTIL MANAGEMENT GETS CONTROL OF GRASS ROOTS LEVEL AND RESOLVE THEIR SUPPLY ISSUES ‼️‼️‼️ DO NOT BUY FROM ASAP ONLINE ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
