Pick and pay asap service is very bad

Pick and pay asap service is very bad . I made an order on their app on the 23rd of May. I had 8 items in my cart but only received 4 items They took payment for 8 items. I called their customer service line and they still have not refunded my money today is the 25th of June and still no response from pick and pay regarding my refund!! I want my money back!
