Pick and Pay Asap- really terrible service provider.

Im highly dissapointed in my first order with PnP Asap.

I placed an order and used a R100 voucher code for first time orders. I ordered for more than R350 (so i could get an entry into the Father Freshness competition) and paid my total due via card. 36 minutes into my shopping (on the apo it stated my order was being prepared) , it says my order has been canceled due to 1 of my items being out of stock(the original item) not the alternative i selected. Now they have credited my account minus the R100 voucher and now the voucher is inactive and no longer works. I am highly dissapointed with this service. We have been waiting 2 years for our town in the Westcoast too get PnP Asap. I went on to their Facebook page and saw litteraly hundreds of people complaining saying they ate sitting with numerous vouchers won in this "Father Freshman" Christmas competition, but none of the vouchers ever work and PnP just does not get back to them. Some people waiting days for orders to be delivered, orders they paid for and this being a 60 minute delivery service. If this is the service we get i will gladly continue using Checkers 60sixty instead.
