Pick and Pay Asap Poor delivery

Pick n Pay asap delivery service just gives me a bitter taste in mouth! App clearly states delivery within 60 minutes when placing order. On 27/10/23 I places an order just after 12 received it on 28/10/23. They constantly adjusting timeslots of when delivery should take place and it doesn't happen. Experiencing the same problem today their customer service doesn't even pick up was on the line for 5 minutes. Absolutely terrible service and no communication as to what is going on
