Pick and Pay ASAP pathetic service is a real waste of time, money and energy

Pick and Pay ASAP delivered stale items to me (close to sell by date), but already stale, as well as unwanted items. Several emails later, three days later, three appointments made, three attempts of a collection whereby we have availed ourselves in waiting, their delivery team has not shown up, standing us up like idiots, wasting out time. Seems they lie about scheduled collections, which just never happen, since they don't actually want to honour their word! The most pathetic service ever! A real waste of time and money.
