PICK AND PAY ASAP IS THE WORST !!!!!!

They accepted my order at 17.42 yesterday, sent me an email confirming that my order is or was on the way. I expected it at 1***, the app continued updating at 30 min intervals. This went on well into midnight.

Today is Nov 1 and the app is still updating. I've not received my order. I've ordered supplies from them 3 times in my life, starting from 2021, all three times have had the same dismal service!

This is absolutely unacceptable!

I called the contact centre this morning and I was assured they'll assign someone to deliver my order "ASAP" , I GUESS THAT'S AS SLOWLY AS POSSIBLE!

It's 0930 now and guess what, the app is still counting upwards 😭😭😭😭😭
