Pick and Pay ASAP is the pits! Worst customer resolution

Pick and Pay ASAP failed to deliver items that I bought on the app. When I emailed them, they could not refund me money I had spent. Instead offered me a free delivery. I want a refund on the items that I PAID for which were NOT delivered, not a lousy delivery voucher! YOUR SERVICE IS THE ABSOLUTE PITS!! Never will I ever use this app. I will expose you to all my social media accounts and to the consumer complaints!
