Pick and Pay ASAP is a ****

I am very disappointed with the ASAP app. I bought R2000 worth of groceries which includes essentials mostly. To my surprise the driver processed the order as delivered while I have nothing on my side. Its 3 days later trying to phone and email customer support but not being taken serious meanwhile my family is starving my baby is without formulae and diapers. at least refund me so I can feed my family. Then I get a response to wait for refunds 5-7 days and what all. so my child must wait for 5-7 days to have milk which is his primary food.
