Pick and pay asap is a ****

If I could I would give it zero stars and not one,I ordered a few items on the pick and pay asap app a few days ago if I can tel you that i still have not received my order you would not believe me,if that is not worse, I sent emails to no avail ,no response or vague responses ,as we speak I still don't have my money or my package,all I can say is order with caution,I too ordered on pick and pay for a while with no hurdles when other people where experiencing problems ,it was until I experienced it myself that I saw that the customer service is poor,I genuinely pray and hope that this review saves someone from a bad experience, the worst part is that as a student the money I used there was the last money I had as we speak I have nothing and when I get my allowance I still need to buy the things that I had already paid for.
