Pick and Pay ASAP Horror

I used the Pick and Pay ASAP app which came highly recommended from a friend. Order number - ***.

I ordered Ice cream, Porterhouse steak, Wood and cokes.

The order was supposed to be delivered by 10AM and then only arrived at 12:30PM. (which is fine)

When it arrived I took the bags in to the house where the bag with the ice cream was wet and broke and fell to the floor.

to my surprise the ice cream was completely melted. The steaks were a funny brown color.

This is due to the contents being left in the heat for some time.

I have spoken to Farazanah and to no success,

I have sent follow up mails and I have not received a mail back to me.

This has been a week later now and now with R284.98 spent just on these two things I have not received what I have paid for.

Photos have been sent to Farazanah and a complete description of what happened and nothing has materialized.

I hope this review helps the rest of the people on here to when you pay for something money will be taken immediately but when it comes to the customer being refunded or asking for items to be replaced NOTHING happens
