PICK and PAY ASAP - DONT THINK SO!!!!!

I have been using the Pick and Pay ASAP App now for a month. At first i was very impressed as my orders arrived before my delivery time and there is no delivery fee. i immediately un-installed my checkers app as they charge delivery and their delivery times is ****!! much to my surprise YOUR app is doing exactly the same now.

i placed an order last night already. my delivery time went from 10 - 11 to 2 - 3 at the moment and i think when i log in again it will have moved it again!!!!!!!!

i am on the line with your call centre. my first call i held on for 7 min??????

i then dropped and tried again and i have been on hld now again for min already!!!!

and then on top of all i have to pay a delivery fee which is **** for such **** service
