Pick and pay asap delivery hours a lie

I made an order last night on the pick and pay asap app. Saw delivery time was the next day at between 10-11am. Until now @ 14:35pm my order hasn’t arrived. I only received notification of something they didn’t have & I responded. @ about 1pm the app said driver has arrived at the store and next thing waiting for driver to arrive at the store. Including in my groceries were stuff for breakfast which I had to make alternative means . Not even an email or a call from them . I had to call them and was told they busy re assigning another driver or they could cancel my order and issue a refund which would take up to 5 days! I could have atleast appreciated a message or call telling me about the delay but I received nothing. Also included in my groceries is lunch stuff for my son for school & he has to leave go back to my moms . I’ve already made plan B for breakfast now for my sons burger patties ? This is so unfair pick and pay so unfair .
