Pick and Pay ASAP - Beware

Beware ASAP. You are charged for items that are not indicated as out of stock when you order. Then forget getting your refund. I've been battling for over a month now. Emails go unanswered. Tickets are issued and closed without any action taken. Forget the common decency of a response to your queries. Calling customer care costs money for nothing. And although they ask for Smartshopper details, your purchase doesn't get added to your points. With Checkers 60, my refund reflected the next day. It's been more than a month and many emails later and I'm still fighting to get my refund from Pick and Pay.
