Pick and pay ASAP

I don’t even know where to start, what a ******* company! If you ever want to use Pick ‘n Pay ASAP Please spare yourself rather go for 60 sixty or woolies. I ordered items worth R200 and this retailer took up to R2534 from me in 10 different transactions. When I asked for a refund they say 1-10 business day I mean really!
