Pick and pay are theives

I am extremely disgusted at pick and pay, I ordered a samsung TV on special other 23rd September and my order did go through and money deducted from my account. Today the 25th I recieved an e mail saying that my order has been canceled when I contacted the customer care they said that it's been canceled due to been out of stock.

My question is how is the item out of stock because people whom I referred to after making my purchase have recieved notifications of their orders been dispatched. So how is it possible that people who purchased after me are recieving the goods but it's out of stock for me and I have the proof of this.

Just Over a month back I tried to purchase a fridge and I was unable to because the discount code which was provided on the catalog for online orders was invalid, and when I enquired this with all the screenshots and proof I was told the voucher code expired in December yet it appeared in the August 2024 catalog.

People pick and pay are a bunch of useless *****s, google search pick n pays performance for the last FY and you will see that they are on the verge of bankruptcy, it's no wonder why companies go out of business when they have bad ethic and useless employees.

People don't support pick n pays turnaround strategy because they take us as jokes and its time we the people show them we are in controll.

Extremely disgusted I will never again shop or support their stores, this is now 2 incidents in the space of a month I wonder if their CEO gets to see this.
