Pick and pay are the worst

Worst customer service department. Nobody calls you back. You have to call everyday. They messed up because of false advertising. Online shows sale and when put in basket shows original price. Never gets sorted. You waste data and airtym. Was promised will be sorted by Gustass. Feels like he avoiding me. I'm complaining for weeks. From about 22nd Feb 2023 and issue not resolved. Head office is clueless and hopeless. I just want my money and will never shop again
