Pick and pay app is useless and they deliver expired products
Pick and pay asap is useless and they deliver expired products,i called the call.centre and they advised this will be recified,i dont get a call or email to say the driver will be here,he arrives to collect the expired products and hasnt brought the renewed items,purchasing from the app is not convenient at all Its quite shocking I still havent received my items

I had to demand to speak to a manager and explain my situation
Your departmemt that deals with the app need to be educated on processes and also on customer service
The manager generated a code for my products
I was promised a refund and nothing reflecting up until today
