Pick and pay and stamps

I have pick and pay stamps that I'm apparently only allowed to use at selected pick and pay stores. No where on the stamps does it say selected pick and pay stores it says pick and pay stamps over and above pick and pay staff of pick and pay brackenfell and tygervalley sent me to other stores to get my stamps on gift cards without really knowing if which stores would accommodate me costing me petrol and time. Why is pick and pay staff not receiving the correct training to assist their customers and why do I have to drive around coz pick and pay as it says on the stamps can't assist at any store in stead cause the clients to drive up and down. Not only that they have already taken the money but have not sorted the client.
