Pick and Pay and RCS are ***********.

Pick n Pay and RCS has an additional RCS store account that reflects on my credit score. I'm in the process of buying a house and my application was unsuccessful because of an RCS account that is in arrears. This account doesn't reflect in my name at Pick n Pay and RCS but no one can assist me on how to go about to remove the additional account from my name. I've sent several emails to two different email addresses and was on the phone with three consultants but to no avail.
