I have now placed two orders on PnP. At first they could not load my address so only option is to collect! Both times the funds have been reserved on my Bank! My first collection ended in a disaster they could not see the order. Order was visible on my profile! The funds were reserved, I.E. taken from my balance cannot use. The goods were not available. The amount reserved from my bank exceeded the order, WOW! After spending more than an Hour at the store looking like a complete idiot BTW thanks for the coke from the store manager. and helping me get goods another way, they have cancelled the order! They have returned one payment so far 7 Days later!!!!!!. A telephone assistant helped me to reload the order, Again the funds were reserved for more than the order! GUESS WHAT!. The order has been cancelled again. The funds have not been returned what a crock of ******!

I have spent hours in store Hours on the phone my battery even died, emails etc. thanks but no thanks!
