Pick and Pay

Pick and Pay Springsgate will never ever see me again. Customers are not treated very well or fairly. The shocking experience i had there was a horrific ordeal for me and i hope to never set foot in it again. if you want to get treated like a 2nd rate citizen then its the place to be. i think my hard earned money will be better spent elsewhere. no Covid rules are app**** at the tills and shoppers are standing on top of each other and when you ask them to please step on the stickers and not push in it is called ****** and the till operators and till supervisors condone this kind of behaviour. Random empty trolleys are left in the lines for over 1 minutes and the next minute it is replace with a full trolley and you get told they were holding their space. the till operators and their supervisors see this happening all the time and totally condone this behaviour, but the person standing in the queue for over 15 to 20 minutes is in the wrong and gets treated like *******. i am so devastated and cannot believe how i was treated and dont ever wish this upon another human being
