Pick and pay
Hi. I have been to the pick and pay store at the phoenix plaza on the 30/06/2019 and purchased a vicks baby rub for my 3 months old baby only to get home and see it is expired since January 2019. 6 months expired and still on the shelve. I went to store yesterday the 11/07/2019 and found more of it on the shelve. I took pictures and also went to manager with the one i bought . He was absolutely rude. Do not know how to speak to customers. He told me how would he know whats on the shelve and the rep is not changing the products. He told me its my negligence to buy the product. Pathetic service. I told him im taking it further and he said so as i please

12 Jul 2019, 22:30I will not shop at pick and pay again and will certainly spread this message. Had i used this product on my 3 month old son your apologies would not assist me in anyway. Who ever i have spoken to at pick and pay have told me that they apologise and is dealing with it at management however i have received no feedback. I am really upset as my son has eczema and also the congestion. It scares me to think had i blindly used this product on my baby as i had trusted pick and pay and purchased this product what would of been the consequences. And as the manager as advised me that it is not his or pick and pays fault, it is the reps fault and my negligence so i am not contacting procter and gamble for further assistance.
