Pick and Pathetic - PnP Mall@Reds

I have just visited the PnP at Mall@Reds, what a horrible experience, and it is supposed to be geared for Christmas Shoppers!!

There are about 15 tills, and only 7 of them are manned, and ques are standing into the isles, just waiting and waiting.

I walked to go and find a manager somewhere, and she said she'd arrange for more tills to open. I myself, with about 50 others, had three or fewer items, and we were standing in a queue of 50 meters, and standing and standing.

They seem so reluctant to help - for Pete(r)'s sake - WAKE UP and SEE YOUR CLIENTS.
