Pick and Pack Alex Mall appalling service.

What a shocking service from the parcel counter at Alex Mall. I went to Clicks to buy a few things., I got to the parcel counter and I enquired whether to leave my trolley and take a basket for few things that I wanted to buy. The young man told that their policy doesn't allow them to give me the basket and leave the trolley trhat had some groceries. I then asked him what must I do then. Arrogantly with both hands in his pockets, he tells me that I must what ever suits me. we had an argument then called for the Manager, who was also reluctant to discipline him. He only said Ok, I will address this. I said top the Manager, He doesn't even have the face of saying any apology. I have experienced that a few times at the parcel counter where people are not friendly at all.

My ask to Pick and Pay is to train their staff to have respect irrespective where its located. Woolworths is one shop that will treat its customers with respect. When I collected my groceries from the parcel counter, you could see that he is not bothered.
