Pick and no Pay (because we don't know how to issue account cards)

Pick and pay account services along with RCS are absolutely appalling. They have issued a store account to us with no way of actually transacting against that account because their systems, processes and choice in a credit provider (RCS) are disgraceful beyond words.

I have spent hours on the phone, and emails and back and forth from stores to kiosks (which don't work) back to customer care agents, back to stores, then to apps(which don't work on all phones), back to call centre agents - all to have the yet to be used account blocked by RCS while trying to ask my Mom ITC questions from 40 years ago.

What an absolute dog show.
