Pick and Delay

Chatsworth PnP.... Most pathetic service! Have the slowest express queues with one cashier. Went to kiosk and a rude and obnoxious Aliya refused to cash for an item. Managers are sitting an relaxing doing absolutely nothing therefore the staff are on a go slow. Waste of salaries to a lot of lazy staff! This is the only store that’s so unhelpful and inconvenient and does not facilitate smooth running of business, and does not allow customers to pay at a kiosk unless you purchase cigarettes & cooldrink, which is never busy at all. And it’s the only branch too because all other branches gladly assist customers at the kiosk. Managers watch customers complain and act oblivious. Looks like there’s no proper training given to employers at this branch and they clearly implement lazy friendly rules for their inefficient and *********** staff!
