Pick an pay brand samoosa

I recently purchased pnp brand of samoosas from Brackenfell centre and 2 times I found the samosa frozen together. Could this means the cold chain was broken between suppliers and reaching the shop and this is a health hazard.

Due to the samosa sticking together most break when attempting to fry.

Extremely disappointed and I have seen reviews with a similar complaint however seems this is not a issue that PnP wants t lo resolve I also purchased spring rolls from Quagga centre and when I deep fried then they fell apart. I was unable to present 50% of the goods I purchased because those that were frozen together and the spring rolls just fell apart.
