Pick a victim!

Was never so embarrassed in my life .. went to Pick n pay bottle store (Florida Goldman) to buy a case of beer. When I went to pay for the case and stated that I brought a case of empties the security argued with me and said that I brought a case of empties with only 9 in instead of 12 when I asked him to go and review the security cameras he did not want to and kept on accusing us of adding more empties to the case once in the store ( happened 2023/01/21 (between 16:30 and 17:00 )) this is the worst customer experience ever.. he did not have his facts straight and said I carried the case in where in fact my friend carried it in ... please review the camera footage as its un expectable for staff / security to accuse customers of "*****ing " when they have no facts. I will be spreading the word so that no one buys from them again .. I go to this pnp at least twice a day but will not support them again since the accused us of this. then the security security still has a nerve to say " I don't care when I told him im lodging a complaint "
