Pick a Pay West Coast Village Tableview

Pick a Pay at West Coast Village, Tableview must be one of the worst retailers to shop at. The fridges/freezers at the deli counter have been broken for month's and shop looks dirty and dis-organized. Was told more than a year ago that they were going to re-do the premises and upgrade, but nothing happened except more fridges broke and it is ultra depressing to shop there!!
