Pick a pay useless!
I order on the app a certain product, after payment they notify you the items is no longer available. You still pay delivery fee and do not get your money back in your account unless arrangements are made and then apparently up to 7 days. Pick o paytjie is useless!!!!! If you want to experience the same, order online with the app from them!

We have done a follow up on this and have been advised that a Wallet Top Up was done on 25.11.2023 for R50.99. Kindly go to your settings and click Wallet there should be a PAYOUT VIA EFT option click on this and follow all the steps and once you are done you should see a done notification. Please allow 3 - 10 Business days excluding weekends for the refund to reflect in your bank account, should you transfer the credit from your wallet to your bank account.
