Pick a Pay Smartshopper app

Once again I cannot excess my account, Pick a Pay Smartcard and app sucks. This is my 7th attempt every time they say try again in 24 hours. BULL#£%^

Log on and it says error occurred. Buy from Spar, Checkers or Shoprite there apps work 100 percent.
